Terms of Service – Digital Photography Downloads

By purchasing and downloading digital images, you agree to the following:

1. License Use
All images are sold under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing is not permitted without prior written consent.

2. Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright ownership.

3. Payment & Delivery
Digital files are delivered electronically after full payment is received. No physical product will be shipped.

4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not provided once files have been downloaded.

5. Image Use Restrictions
You may not alter, edit, or manipulate images in a way that misrepresents the original work or harms the photographer’s reputation. ( includes Watermark Removal )

6. Liability
The photographer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the images.

7. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
